you on a social committee, a PTA, organising a party for your friends
or colleagues or fundraising?

you want a night to remember with great music and that's fun and exciting
for any age?
If
so then you need... The Ceroc Anglia Team!
We will provide a fully qualified Ceroc teacher, demonstrator, a DJ and
sound equipment for a full evening’s entertainment.
The
teacher will lead one or two sessions each of approximately 1 hour, with
a break for refreshments/raffle if you wish, or our DJ will keep the music
going.
We
suggest the evening is advertised as 7.30pm for 8pm as it is best that
the majority of people are present for the start. The evening commences
with a beginners class during which the teacher demonstrates the moves
from the stage. The emphasis is on the arm movements rather than any intricate
footwork. Within 15 minutes the class is buzzing as the music starts up,
and eventually a routine of 3 or 4 moves is strung together. At the end
of the second lesson the music stays on until you wish to finish.
This format is ideal for parties with a roughly balanced sex ratio.
The
Ceroc teaching format rotates people ensuring everyone gets a dance and
partners are changed frequently. To this end we welcome complete beginners
and it is not necessary for people to come with partners. Ceroc can be
pretty energetic so ‘peel-off-able’ layers are best and smooth-soled
shoes are recommended. It provides a great focus to a truly sociable evening.
We
have provided such a service to schools, weddings, social clubs, PTAs,
corporate and private parties. We can supply you with publicity material
to advertise your event, and we can usually sell tickets at our regular
evenings if you wish.
